Step One: free phone consultation
We start with a complimentary phone call to discuss the reasons you’re seeking help, what’s bothering you, and what your goals are. And you get a chance to learn more about me and my approach.
Step Two: Walkthrough appointment
Next I visit your home. This helps me understand the scope of the project and allows me to suggest the package that will be best for you. This process allows both of us to see if we are the right fit. If you book a session with me within 30 days, I’ll credit the cost of this visit.
Step Three: working sessions in your home
Time to dive in! We empty, sort, and pare down, then begin rearranging your spaces to make them more orderly and efficient. I can be involved from start to finish or, if you prefer, you can do some of this process on your own. Most work sessions are half days, although some clients will do a full day. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice by phone if you must cancel or postpone a session for any reason other than an emergency. Otherwise, I must charge half of the fee for the canceled session.
